I have been loving this yummy apple, carrot and kale smoothie!

It is such a great combination; not too sweet but sweet enough to still taste good!

Using frozen kale is best to get a nice, cold, refreshing smoothie without watering it down with ice. But fresh kale is definitely fine to use, too.

Use the protein powder of your choice; I use Vega Protein & Greens Protein Powder in Vanilla.

Apple Carrot Kale Smoothie Recipe

1 or 2 carrots, peeled and cut

1 apple, peeled, cored and cubed

1 cup frozen kale

1 scoop vanilla protein powder of your choice

Fill to the max line (or to top of kale, whichever comes first) with unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice

Blend and enjoy!
